Function point

Calculates a coordinate on an arc, based on an angle. origin will override arc's origin, if defined.

- arc: Arc | ArcPositioned
  Arc
- angleRadian: number
  Angle of desired coordinate
- Optionalorigin: Point
  Origin of arc (0,0 used by default)
